Cleerly is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design for complex B2B analytics and dashboarding solutions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to create user-centered experiences, drive design systems, and advocate for usable, scalable design across ambitious cardiac care platforms.

You will apply rigorous research methods, craft compelling narratives, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance user insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio across complex B2B, analytics, and dashboards.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in business and user outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through launch and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive design systems and craft to accelerate product realization.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure viable and feasible design delivery.
• Provide strategic influence and thought leadership with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams.
• Conduct deep user research to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform risk-based design activities and ensure regulatory-compliant usability.
