Job summary

Brick is seeking a Senior Product Designer focused on growth, partnering with product managers and engineering to design, build, and launch new member experiences. You’ll craft end-to-end flows, from discovery to first use, with a focus on shared spaces like campuses and workplaces.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and the design team to elevate Brick’s brand and UX, running experiments and shaping the growth roadmap with data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing consumer products, including a subscription or high-growth product where you moved conversion, retention or a loop, and can show the results.
• Low ego, kind, and direct communication with feedback flowing both ways.
• Owner mindset: you understand outcomes and bring solutions to problems.
• Strong visual craft and product judgement, able to translate a loved brand into delightful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end member experiences to grow Brick, collaborating with engineering.
• Define moments that drive ongoing value and convert discovery into purchase and first use.
• Create experiences that move users from individual to shared spaces: partners, campuses, libraries, workplaces.
• Run experiments in parallel, prototype with AI, and scale validated ideas with high craft.
