You will work from a hybrid base in Chicago or San Francisco, designing end-to-end flows and experiments, partnering with marketing and operations to move metrics while staying human-centered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing consumer products, including growth or subscription contexts.

• Ownership mindset with outcomes-focused problem solving.
• Strong visual craft and the ability to translate a loved brand into delightful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end member experiences and conversions from discovery to first use.
