Job summary

Brick is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end software experiences that accompany our hardware. You’ll lead discovery, strategic roadmapping, and day-to-day execution, collaborating with designers and engineers to ship delightful, data-informed features.

This full-time hybrid role focuses on ownership, customer insight, and rapid iteration across Chicago, NYC, or SF, with in-person collaboration at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience working on or near Product teams in software.
• Ownership mindset and ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong collaboration with designers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area.
• Translate company objectives into prioritized hypotheses.
• Talk to customers, run experiments, and understand behavior change.
• Empower engineers and designers to move fast by clarifying user needs.
• Write release messaging and plan launches with marketing and operations.
