Qualifications

• 8+ years as Product or UX Designer, with senior/lead experience.
• Experience designing geospatial interfaces or GIS-based systems.
• Mastery of Figma; proficient in Jira and AI design tools like Lovable or Claude Design.
• Ability to simplify complex data and workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Experience in product design with strong research, information architecture, and frontend exposure.
• Experience in utility, energy, GIS, or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong portfolio in data visualization and complex information architecture.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
