JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help deliver next‑gen digital experiences for Global Banking. You will own complex enterprise workflows, create prototypes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams across desktop and mobile platforms.

The role emphasizes designing data‑driven products with a mature design system, storytelling in stakeholder reviews, and strong portfolio requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products and services for enterprise solutions.
• Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally using storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, HCI, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Understand problem space, goals, and user needs to ensure product experiences deliver positive outcomes.
• Lead and execute a product design workstream covering features within an interconnected ecosystem of products.
• Collaborate on research studies and synthesize learnings into actionable solutions.
• Create concepts, prototypes, and storyboards to showcase product vision and buy-in from stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with cross‑functional teams including designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and SMEs.
• Craft detailed designs and specifications with complex workflows, interactions, states, and displays for data-rich desktop and mobile experiences.
• Leverage and enhance our design system to ensure cohesive experiences across web, mobile, and native apps.
