Job summary

Seekr is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own major areas across our AI platform, designing for AI/ML engineers, data scientists, domain experts, and enterprise stakeholders. You’ll work within a small, focused design team in a fast-moving product org, partnering directly with Product and Engineering on foundational platform surfaces with room to grow into specialized AI domains.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in SaaS/enterprise product design.
• Ability to define IA, workflows, and scalable UX patterns.
• Proficiency in Figma and evolving a shared design system.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools in production workflows.
• Strong product judgment for autonomous work in fast-moving settings.
• Led discovery including personas, workflows, and usability testing.
• Collaborated with Engineering to deliver detailed specs.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, design, delivery, and iteration across major product areas.
• Define information architecture and reusable UX frameworks.
• Lead discovery with technical and non-technical users.
• Use AI tools to speed ideation and prototyping with solid design judgment.
• Contribute to and extend the design system in Figma.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap tradeoffs.
