Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to guide one of our product engineering teams as we scale our fintech platform. You will drive team growth, wellbeing, and performance while staying technically credible to shape direction and raise quality.

You’ll own hiring, development, and 1:1s that matter, partner with Product and QA to plan and ship reliably, and influence architecture and trade-offs as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding engineers and shaping team direction.
• Strong technical foundation in C#/.NET Core with the ability to review decisions and assess risks.
• Product-minded engineering, focusing on business outcomes, not just code quality.
• Comfort with ambiguity as the company grows and priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the engineering team, including hiring and 1:1s that matter.
• Collaborate with Product and QA to plan and ship reliably by removing obstacles.
• Set team culture, feedback norms, and psychological safety while maintaining standards.
• Contribute to architectural conversations and trade-offs without being heads-down in code every day.
