goodr, known for no slip, no bounce eyewear, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape and elevate our brand’s visual identity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to bring innovative sunglass collections to life.

You will lead CMF storytelling, surface artwork, and packaging design, while maintaining a high-bar for quality and collaboration in a fast-moving, joyful environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Excellent sketching skills.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Familiar with digital marketing platforms and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead design direction and generate high-level concepts for frames, packaging, and branding.
• Translate CMF stories into surface designs for frames and packaging.
• Develop artwork and layouts for sunglasses and soft goods packaging.
• Mentor junior designers in CMF exploration and packaging design execution.
• Ensure timely delivery and communicate risks early to the team.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Strategy, and Design teams to keep ideas flowing.
