goodr is seeking a senior legal leader to guide our fast-growing consumer eyewear brand through complex commercial, regulatory, privacy and employment matters. You will lead the Legal function and shape risk-aware growth across the organization.

You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, advise on product, IP, and regulatory issues, and partner with Product, Operations, Money, Marketing and People to enable scale.

Competenze

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and CA Bar admission.
• 8+ years of legal experience counseling consumer brands, with 4+ in-house.
• Experience managing direct reports and outside counsel is preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as hands-on legal leader, guiding the broader Legal function.
• Draft, review and negotiate broad commercial and marketing agreements.
• Advise on product development, sourcing, IP, regulatory, and consumer protections.
• Lead corporate transactions, diligence, and governance matters.
• Partner with People on employment issues and compliance.
• Manage trademark portfolios and IP licenses; coordinate with teams.
