Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement seeks a Senior Eyewear Designer to lead the concept and development of next-generation eyewear collections. You will bridge fashion trends with precise industrial design, turning licensor specs into fully resolved sketchbooks and manufacturable drawings.

You will collaborate with domestic and international teams, combining North American market insights with European craftsmanship to pioneer materials and construction details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design as required.
• 5+ years of design experience in luxury accessories or related field.
• Experience designing luxury eyewear, jewelry, hardware, or fashion accessories.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Sketching: develop sketches based on licensor specs and create resolved sketchbooks and renderings in Illustrator.
• Technical Design: produce detailed technical drawings including sections, exploded views, and production notes.
• Innovation & R&D: research and develop proprietary construction details and novel material combinations.
• Prototyping & CAD Review: guide prototype assessment and revisions to ensure design intent translates to production.
• Market Strategy: analyze trends to pitch concepts while upholding brand identity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with NA and Italian teams through from concept to manufacturing release.
