Job summary

Procore is seeking a Senior Product Designer to partner with Product and Engineering to shape Procore's Design Systems. You will design components and features in Figma, foster cross-functional collaboration, test and ship work aligned with company goals and values, reporting to Head of Design Systems and joining immediately in Austin, TX.

You will lead the evolution of the design system, build AI-forward infrastructure, collaborate with teams, and mentor others while grounding work in research

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing world-class apps with a portfolio, plus 2+ years in Design Systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools and scalable design practices.
• Strong ability to synthesize research and present decisions to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across product, engineering and design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite; ability to lead in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Procore's Design System with craft, quality and scalability.
• Build and steward AI-forward design infrastructure and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and design to ship high-quality components.
• Identify gaps in the system and address them with intentional steps.
• Facilitate change management to keep the Design System dynamic and robust.
• Bridge mobile and web experiences for consistency across platforms.
• Mentor peers in design tools and strategic thinking.
• Incorporate research and user insights into the design process.
