Job summary

Procore is hiring a Senior Product Designer in Austin, TX to shape Procore's Design Systems and advance construction industry digitization. You will design components within Figma, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ship high-quality experiences across web and mobile.

You’ll mentor peers, apply human-centered research, and champion AI-enabled design patterns that scale responsibly across products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing world-class apps and 2+ years in Design Systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools and scaling use in a design org.
• Strong aptitude for research, including contextual inquiry.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extreme ownership, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Procore's Design System focusing on craft, quality, and scalability.
• Build and steward AI-forward design infrastructure with reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to ship and drive adoption.
• Identify gaps in the system and address them proactively.
• Manage change processes to keep the Design System dynamic and robust.
• Bridge mobile and web experiences for seamless cross‑platform UX.
• Mentor peers in design thinking and strategic product development.
• Incorporate research and user insights to evolve the system for real needs.
• Partner with designers, engineers, and PMs to ensure adoption and consistency.
