9amHealth is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the consumer app, the daily touchpoint for people managing diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, or weight. You’ll shape the product from the ground up with a craft-led approach, collaborating with a cross-functional squad across San Diego and Vienna, with EST overlap for collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading consumer product design from ambiguous problem to shipped outcome.
• Strong visual and interaction design POV with a clear decision trail.
• Experience running research that informs product decisions, not just interviews.
• Ability to design for daily Habits without manipulation and with ethical considerations.
• Comfort designing in ambiguity and moving fast with incomplete briefs.

Aufgaben

• Own the consumer app end to end, from flows to visual system.
• Design the daily engagement loop and habit-forming experiences to drive return behavior.
• Run research to understand drop-offs and moments that matter most.
• Build and maintain a design system used by the team.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care coordinators using the EMR to align design with workflows.
• Document tradeoffs and rationale for team alignment.
