Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Complex Care to elevate member and provider experiences with strong design craft and measurable impact.

You will design for complex care members and providers, applying a visual design perspective, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and delivering polished, production-ready designs that drive measurable outcomes. The role is hybrid in Seattle with in-office 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products with a track record of shipping high-quality user experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, attention to detail, and refined design sensibility.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Comfort moving fast in an iterative, product-driven environment.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design and overall user experience.
• Experience with design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design elegant, intuitive product experiences for complex care members and providers.
• Apply a strong visual design point of view to improve look, feel, and usability.
• Partner with your pod to identify user problems, understand needs, and translate them into clear solutions.
• Deliver polished, production-ready designs that balance craft with speed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate what to build and ensure solutions drive measurable impact.
• Iterate on shipped experiences to continuously raise design quality with attention to detail.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to support consistency, scalability, and quality.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale using high-quality artifacts and presentations.
• Use empathy, curiosity, and design instincts to create experiences that feel simple, thoughtful, and human
