80Twenty partners with a climate-tech growth company to hire a Senior Product Designer for a 6-month contract with strong potential to convert. You will own the homeowner-facing experience from discovery to checkout, shaping trust and adoption for solar + battery solutions.

You\'ll redesign the core website, lead the quoting flow, and translate research into UX workflows and design system updates in collaboration with product, growth, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product, visual, or experience design.
• Track record designing acquisition/checkout funnels for high-ticket products.
• Strong portfolio with measurable outcomes.
• Experience interpreting data and research into design decisions.
• Ability to work with engineering teams to ensure quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across homeowner experiences from discovery to checkout.
• Revamp core website to build trust and drive adoption.
• Own quoting flow design with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Translate research and journey maps into UX workflows and screens.
• Maintain and extend design system and component libraries.
• Prototype to test interactions and drive iterations.
• Collaborate with content strategy and marketing teams.
