Haven Energy is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience for homeowner-facing interfaces and the checkout journey. You will iterate on the havenenergy.com experience to boost clarity, trust, and battery project adoption while collaborating with product, engineering, growth, and strategy teams.

We value data-informed decision-making, strong visual craft, and the ability to translate research into actionable design.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product, visual, or experience design.
• Experience designing to optimize acquisition/checkout funnels for high-consideration products.
• Extensive UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborated closely with engineering to ensure high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Own product design efforts across Haven’s homeowner-facing experiences, from concept through implementation.
• Revamp havenenergy.com to improve clarity, build trust, and drive battery project adoption.
• Lead the evolution of the quoting flow, our primary lead generator, with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Translate research insights and journey maps into UX workflows and designs that solve user needs.
• Define and maintain scalable UI standards and design libraries in Figma.
• Create prototypes to explore interaction patterns and communicate ideas clearly.
• Experiment with AI-assisted design tools to streamline workflows and support collaboration with engineering.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope work, document requirements, and ensure production-ready handoffs.
• Partner with growth and marketing to analyze performance metrics and co-develop content strategy.
