Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product, visual, or experience design.
• Experience optimizing acquisition/checkout funnels for high-ticket products or services.
• Extensive UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates craft and outcomes.
• Experience interpreting quant and qual data to inform design decisions.
• Partnered with engineering for high-quality execution and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own product design across Haven’s homeowner-facing experiences from concept through implementation.
• Revamp havenenergy.com to improve clarity, build trust, and drive project adoption.
• Lead the evolution of the quoting flow with usability and conversion focus.
• Translate research insights into UX workflows and screen designs that meet user needs.
• Define and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Create prototypes to explore interaction patterns and communicate ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope work, document requirements, and review builds.
• Partner with growth and marketing to analyze performance metrics and co-develop content strategy.
