Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Client Experience, to own the end-to-end design of our client-facing products and the design system. You’ll influence design strategy, shape information architecture, and lead AI-enabled experiences, reporting to the Product organization with visibility to leadership.

You will be the sole in-house designer, guiding cross-functional teams, expanding design capabilities, and elevating craft across platforms and channels.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in product design, with ≥3 years designing B2B/B2B2C products.
• Influence across teams without full ownership.
• Scale information architecture work in large products.
• Service design fluency across digital and human touchpoints.
• Own research and testing, synthesis, and rapid iterations.
• Instrument behavioral data and learnings to drive changes.
• Experience designing for AI-enabled experiences and tooling.
• Strong problem framing with visible impact on what is built.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of all client-facing products, systems, and design standards.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, IA, and semantic libraries.
• Oversee contractor output and ensure design governance and reviews.
• Lead design ops, documentation, and handoff processes.
• Shape AI-enabled experiences and tooling for analysts and clients.
• Collaborate with product, eng, and exec stakeholders to align roadmaps.
