Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Card team in Arlington, VA, working in a hybrid capacity. You will shape onboarding, activation, funding, and account management experiences for card products that customers rely on in daily life.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, and writing teams to define problems, set goals, and deliver craft-level interfaces that balance clarity, trust, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences.
• Experience driving product direction and customer-centric decisions.
• 7+ years of product design experience; proficient with Figma.
• Experience with regulated, high-trust domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, ideation, wireframes, and full-fidelity prototype designs end to end.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and writers to define customer problems and goals.
• Design and ship visually compelling interfaces that reinforce the brand and craft.
• Advocate for user empathy in regulated card, credit, and disclosure experiences.
• Own nuanced interaction design and contribute to larger experience problems.
