Job summary

gaiia, a Canada-based remote-first OS for CSPs, is seeking a Product Designer for the Billing team to shape how CSPs bill, collect, and get paid. You’ll design clear, durable invoicing experiences and collaborate with product and engineering to turn problems into shipped solutions.

You’ll base work on user research, customer feedback, and rapid prototyping, evolving our Boréal design system and ensuring accessibility, craft, and usability at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing complex B2B software for CSPs or subscription businesses.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam and Claude Design; using Claude Code in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for gaiia’s operational platform from concept to shipped UI.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define scopes and durable design decisions.
• Use research and rapid iteration to simplify complex workflows.
• Evolve Boréal design system to ensure consistency at scale.
