Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to shape the future of account opening for Banks and Credit Unions, designing intuitive experiences across the MANTL product.

You will work with Product and Engineering on problem framing and solutions, contribute to Alkami’s Design System, and collaborate with a tight-knit team that values high-quality shipping and critique culture. The role requires 3–6 years in design for fintech or Enterprise SaaS, with a strong portfolio, proficiency in

Qualifications

3–6 years designing world-class applications with a strong portfolio.
Experience building Loans or Deposit products or Enterprise SaaS is a major plus.
Proficiency with modern design software (Figma preferred) and AI-enabled workflows.
Experience shipping products to market and contributing to a shared design system.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, scalable experiences for the MANTL product and Alkami origination solution.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on problem framing and solutions.
Contribute to and expand the Design System for consistency across touchpoints.
Present designs and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
