Job summary

Uber Direct & Connect is seeking a Senior Product Designer in New York City to shape on-demand delivery experiences across mobile, web, and vehicle interfaces. You will guide design from research to production, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations to define requirements and roadmaps.

You will own end-to-end design, contribute to shared design systems, and help scale the product to new markets while maintaining Uber's design language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience for mobile and web.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and systems thinking.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead design direction in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered experience design for high-impact domains.
• Own design problems end-to-end from research to final assets.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define requirements and roadmap.
• Design across digital and physical touchpoints for mobile, web, and vehicle interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve Uber's design language and systems.
