Meta is seeking a senior Product Designer to shape the design vision across a broad product portfolio, partnering with product, eng, research, and content strategy at an executive level. You will craft experiences that balance usability with high-level craft and system-wide consistency.

You will translate company strategy into design direction, influence roadmaps, and elevate the design practice through mentorship and scalable frameworks while exploring new interaction paradigms and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years designing software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design that meet business objectives.
Proven ability to leverage research and data to set product strategy and influence organizational direction.
Demonstrated strategic product thinking at the portfolio or organizational level, with the ability to communicate a compelling vision to executive audiences.
Deep expertise in prototyping tools and the ability to evaluate and advance design craft across fidelity levels.
