Meta is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Instagram projects to lead end-to-end AI-native design efforts across tools and workflows. You will shape how prototyping, review, memory, and collaboration integrate into a unified system and elevate the design standards with a premium experience.

You’ll mentor designers, influence organizational processes, and drive a north star vision to scale across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product design experience at scale.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex multi-surface product systems.
• Deep experience with AI-powered products and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end vision to scale tooling for org-wide use.
• Shape the org memory and context system for canonical docs and decisions.
• Champion craft and coherence across surfaces with a premium experience.
• Set the design vision and drive zero-to-one or reinvention at scale.
• Mentor designers and align partners across functions on AI-native design practice.
