Amazon's Prime Video Experience Design team in Culver City, CA is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead AI-driven marketing planning and optimization tools. You’ll own end-to-end design across a suite of products, define automation levels, and collaborate with product, engineering, research, and design technology to ship fast while earning trust through transparent reasoning and provenance.

Qualifications

8+ years of design experience.
Available online portfolio.
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design across a suite of AI-driven marketing planning, management, and optimization products.
Define the levels of automation and the boundary between system-proposed vs. human-approved actions.
Co-own AI behavior with engineering—ensure trust, reasoning, and provenance behind recommendations.
Design the intelligence layer that connects strategy, goals, spend, and outcomes so campaigns improve over time.
Design AI-assisted planning across the campaign lifecycle: categorization, budget allocation, scheduling, and team assignment.
Develop AI creative capabilities within the suite: generating marketing assets at scale and ensuring quality.
