• Own the multi-quarter roadmap for your assigned product area within the marketing tooling ecosystem and contribute to the broader product strategy.
• Define a forward-looking product vision for your area, informed by customer observation and business strategy, and evolve the roadmap proactively.
• Conduct direct observation and discovery with marketing customer teams to distinguish underlying needs from stated requests and set product direction.
• Define success metrics and use data to prioritize features, measure outcomes, and iterate.
• Decide what to build and what not to build with rationale tied to customer impact and strategic fit.
