Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Enterprise team within Prime Video Experience Design. You’ll lead design for AI-driven marketing planning, management, and optimization products, shaping a hands-off workflow and building trust in automated decisions.

You’ll co-own AI behavior with engineering, define automation boundaries, and drive interaction standards across a portfolio that spans strategy, spend, and creative outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes.
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across a suite of AI-driven marketing products from framing to launch.
• Define automation levels: what the system does solo vs. what it recommends for approval.
• Co-own AI behavior with engineering: show reasoning, enable review at scale, and recover from errors.
• Design the intelligence layer uniting strategy, spend, and outcomes to surface benchmarks.
• Plan across campaign lifecycles: categorization, budgeting, channels, scheduling, and briefs.
• Develop AI-assisted creative capabilities and ensure generated output is ship-ready.
• Define when system output is sufficient to ship and when human input is required.
• Map marketing lifecycle across formats, languages, and territories considering scale and edge cases.
• Set interaction/visual standards to ensure portfolio coherence and feed into the design system.
• Lead design workstreams and build patterns and tooling to speed up delivery.
• Tie decisions to measurable outcomes and present to senior leadership with clear narratives.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, research, design tech, marketing, brand, portfolio, legal, and data science.
• Run discovery with marketers, strategists, channel owners, and operators.
• Mentor designers and raise the team's practice.
