Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope across Instagram's product ecosystem.
Take broad ideas and turn them into useful, valuable experiences for 2B+ users.
Design flows that simplify complex actions into user-friendly interfaces.
Design new experiences that evolve visual systems and leverage AI to add value.
Give and solicit feedback to continually improve design output and standards.
Lead cross-functional partnerships to oversee product experience from concept to launch.
