Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced product designer to own end-to-end design for AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile. You will partner with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch.

Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences. Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensure quality and delivery, and validate solutions through rapid iteration and usability testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, AI, or platforms).
• Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive user experiences.
• Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.
