Job summary

Jobtailor in Austin, TX is seeking a senior product designer to own end-to-end design of AI-enabled workflows, including third-party risk assessments, automated security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring. You will run usability tests and synthesize analytics using FullStory and Pendo, and design for complex data filters and multi-tenant environments.

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience.
3+ years designing B2B SaaS experiences in a platform environment.
Portfolio showing high-complexity UI challenges (analytics dashboards, permissions, deep nesting).
Proven ability to ship work from ambiguous briefs with minimal oversight.
Hands-on use of AI in design, including Claude, to build interactive prototypes in code with the existing design system.
Experience contributing to design systems and strong Figma skills.
Understanding cognitive load and error-reducing interfaces in security-focused contexts.
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).

Responsibilities
