Job summary

Stable is seeking an experienced designer to join our AI-forward, builder-led team. You’ll write product briefs, query live data, and work close to code, owning work from discovery through delivery with engineers and stakeholders.

You’ll design solutions that bridge digital software and real-world mail operations, contribute to the design system, and help shape design across the product as Stable scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies.
• Product design generalist with ability to shift between research, UI design, systems thinking.
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows and emerging design tools.
• Strong project management and delivery track record.
• Excellent design foundations in hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and breaking complex problems into milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design product solutions and own concepts from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders in cross-disciplinary pods.
• Build and evolve the design system and reusable patterns.
• Balance data, user research, and intuition to prioritize what to ship.
