Job summary

Stable Sea is hiring a hands-on product/design owner to bridge customer needs with live software. You will shape UI UX, engage with finance and ops customers, and ensure quality from design to shipping. You will work with a React/TypeScript stack and leverage AI tools to move fast.

The role covers design, customer interaction, and end-to-end ownership in a small, async-first team that values rapid iteration without heavy processes. Remote within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience across product, design, solutions engineering, or frontend.
• Ability to ship code with Claude and Codex.
• Strong taste and ability to critique and fix UI quickly.
• Excellent communication with customers, especially CFOs and ops leads.
• Proactive in closing loops and documenting bugs.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine user screens, fix confusing UX, and decide look-and-behavior.
• Serve as interface between engineers and customers, translating needs into requirements.
• Act as a hands-on product owner, spotting bugs and shipping fixes in a React/TypeScript codebase.
• Own product quality across all flows, from discovery to shipped solution.
