Stord, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for brand-facing and consumer-facing subscription portals, the Unbox product, and international checkout.

You’ll own design quality across this domain, shape the roadmap with stakeholders, and elevate the craft of a growing design team. You’ll craft experiences for consumers at critical moments—tracking orders, managing subscriptions, or resolving delivery issues—designing for trust, reduced anxiety, and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design, with 3+ years in consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong UX/UI craft across the design lifecycle with a portfolio.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and behavior.
• Experience designing responsive experiences across devices.
• Experience shaping design systems.
• WCAG accessibility knowledge.
• Proficiency with Figma and AI design tools.
• Ability to influence product direction with design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for subscriptions portals, international checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
• Maintain design quality across multiple teams and features with minimal direction.
• Create responsive experiences for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Ensure accessibility and usability across brand aesthetics.
• Drive optimization for conversion, completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate consumer insights into design narratives that engage engineers.
