Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead brand-facing and consumer-facing subscription portals, Unbox inserts, and international checkout. You will own design quality across this domain and shape the roadmap with stakeholders to raise craft.

You will design experiences that reduce anxiety, build trust, and create loyalty at critical moments like order tracking, subscription management, or delivery issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 3 years designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Deep craft in UX and UI across the full design lifecycle.
• B2C design fluency and understanding of consumer psychology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for subscriptions portals and post-purchase touchpoints.
• Maintain design quality across multiple teams with minimal direction.
• Create responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and design systems teams.
• Define success metrics and iterate based on usability data and user feedback.
