Job summary

Everyday Health Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer who thinks in systems, not screens, to support a portfolio of consumer brands across health, wellness, lifestyle, and subscriptions. You’ll lead problem framing, use AI to accelerate options, and shape product direction with strong design judgment.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Analytics, and Ad Ops to craft mobile-first, accessible experiences, while helping evolve our shared design system and tokens across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer on digital consumer platforms.
• A portfolio showing thinking and reasoning, not just output.
• Fluency with AI design and research tools as part of daily workflow.
• Strong instincts on when to trust AI vs override it.
• Experience running user research under real-time pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and asking the right questions early.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in an agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong proficiency in Figma and maintaining design systems with tokens.
• Familiarity with prototyping and motion tools; WCAG accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own design across Everyday Health Group’s consumer brands from framing to shipped experience.
• Explore multiple directions for problems, providing a clear point of view.
• Use AI to generate options and prototype quickly, then select what ships.
• Analyze user tests with AI, surfacing patterns and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Analytics, and Ad Ops.
• Design responsive solutions with mobile-first mindset.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and tokens across brands.
• Present design rationale to engineers and senior leadership.
• Mentor junior or mid-level designers when appropriate.
