Engine is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Flights team, shaping how millions of travelers discover, compare, and book flights with AI-native design. You’ll create scalable systems, prototype in code, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship features at scale.

You will work in a hybrid hub model, balancing office and remote work, with equity and potential bonuses as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end product design of consumer software (travel, fintech, or SaaS preferred).
• Proficiency with prototyping in code and AI-enabled design workflows.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence across PM, Eng, and execs.
• Ability to design scalable design systems and reusable components.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver features across disciplines to meet real user needs.
• Model AI-native workflows for the Flights team, showing what's possible.
• Turn complex ideas into clear, simple flows.
• Design for high-volume travel surfaces and scalable interfaces.
• Lead design reviews and refine feedback processes.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data to raise quality across org.
