Priceline.com Technology India LLP seeks a Senior Director of Flights Engineering to lead the teams powering the Flight Shopping Platform. The role involves setting technical direction, scaling delivery, and shaping multi-team roadmaps across global stakeholders.

You’ll manage managers and senior ICs, partner with product and commercial leads, and drive architecture decisions while championing customer-centric innovation and healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering and development experience.
• 5+ years of leading software development teams.
• Experience managing a mix of people-managers and senior ICs across multiple teams.
• B2C/e-commerce/travel domain experience a plus, with experimentation culture.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and system architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams owning services powering Priceline’s Flight Shopping Platform.
• Scale delivery and cross-functional execution across teams.
• Drive technology strategy, operational backbone, and architecture across flights domain.
• Lead adoption of AI/agentic engineering practices to accelerate innovation.
• Own multi-team roadmap and partner with Product Group Engineering leads and stakeholders.
