Job summary

THE TEAM in New York seeks an experienced product designer/developer to build fan-facing and internal tools, dashboards, and data-visualization products.

You'll translate briefs into technical specs, prototype rapidly with AI, and collaborate with analytics, social, and data/engineering colleagues to deliver scalable, privacy-conscious solutions while staying ahead of AI and digital-product trends.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years shipping web apps, dashboards, or internal platforms with live portfolio.
• AI-native approach with fluency in OpenAI/Anthropic tools.
• Ability to take a product from idea to deployed tool largely independently.
• Comfort with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework, APIs, and hosting.
• Experience with data privacy in handling first-party data.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and ship dashboards, data-visualization, and web-app products.
• Translate briefs into specs, data models, and interfaces.
• Use AI-assisted workflows for rapid prototyping and QA.
• Build dashboards and reports across performance, social, CRM data.
• Create UI/UX, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate with analytics, social analytics, and data/engineering teams.
• Document tools and patterns for scalable outputs.
• Stay current on AI and digital-product trends.
