Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Head of Product Design to craft and lead a design organization at scale. You will still design hands-on, build a team of five designers, and shape how design integrates into product choices and business outcomes. AI is a collaborator, not a substitute for strong design fundamentals.

You'll own the design direction, recruit and develop talent, and ensure the design function delivers impact across the portfolio with a player-coach approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a practicing product designer.
• 3+ years directly managing a design team.
• Has built or grown a successful product design team at a B2B SaaS company.
• Able to design with AI tools as part of a real workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a design team of five.
• Define and manage design priorities across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with PM/PMM, Sales, Success, and Engineering to drive outcomes.
• Demonstrate agentic design where AI supports design work and business goals.
