Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft end-to-end communications experiences across our brands. You will design frameworks and prototypes to enable personalized, scalable messages delivered through in-app, push, and email channels.

The role emphasizes traveler-centric design, accessibility, and a strong portfolio. You will partner with Product and Engineering, apply research insights, and contribute to the Comms Hub.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in product or UX design.
• Experience translating product requirements into design strategy.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and leveraging personas.
• Experience crafting wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience leveraging design systems and shared components.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline design processes.

Responsibilities

• Design frameworks and tools to enable consistent, personalized communications across EG brands.
• Incorporate research findings to inform design decisions.
• Communicate traveler-centric narratives to stakeholders through storytelling.
• Leverage emergent AI tools to streamline design workflows without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on requirements and deliverables.
• Work with developers to translate designs into implementation and account for tech constraints.
