Job summary

EY in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design workstreams within the PxD team. You will collaborate with researchers, technologists, product managers, and client engagement teams to frame problems and deliver production-ready designs in AI-enabled ecosystems.

You will mentor junior designers, use AI-assisted prototyping tools, and contribute to pursuits and training while maintaining client relationships and design quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field with 3+ years of experience, or master's with 2+ years.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design from framing to outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design system contribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the design lead for a workstream across multidisciplinary teams.
• Write specifications and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Mentor junior designers and support business development activities.
