Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of design experience, ideally on a complex B2B product.
- Strong portfolio showing UX and visual design, plus user testing/research.
- AI-forward in how you work and shape great design as AI changes product building.
Responsibilities
- Embed into Core Workflows and User Engagement squads, partnering with Product and Engineering to break down problems and design user-facing features.
- Set high craft standards, delivering polished visuals and thoughtful interaction design.
- Help shape a modern design vision for the product and evolve the design system with new patterns and components.
- Lead discovery and research to understand user needs in a technical domain and refine designs from feedback.
- Collaborate across teams, translate feedback, and keep lines of communication clear.
