Job summary

Chromatic seeks a senior product designer to own end-to-end product experiences, from concept to pixels. You will research how customers work and balance findings with business priorities to decide what to build.

You will verify implementation quality, build durable design systems, and contribute to production UI in React. You’ll also develop agent skills encoding design decisions and collaborate with Marketing on visuals for shipped features, ensuring accessibility and polished interactions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with strong UX and visual craft.
• Shipped technical products with an understanding of their mechanics.
• Able to propose, solicit feedback, and iterate based on data.
• Work within existing design patterns while balancing scope and business needs.
• Explain technical ideas clearly in writing and visuals.
• Build prototypes and production UI in React.
