Responsabilidades

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team processes.

Ansira is building a B2B2C marketing platform used across multiple brands and user groups, and the team needs a Senior Product Designer to help shape the product’s most critical experiences. This role spans end-to-end design ownership across core platform areas and custom enterprise brand engagements, with an emphasis on accessibility, scalable systems thinking, and collaboration across stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product areas including catalog experiences, campaign execution, dealer workflows, and content production tools
• Define problems using user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Partner with product managers and engineering to help define roadmaps and priorities
• Validate solutions through usability testing and dealer feedback sessions
• Support custom design engagements for enterprise brands as needed, including email systems, web experiences, and brand-specific tools
• Apply design thinking and best practices within consulting-style projects, while balancing custom work requirements with core platform priorities
• Translate insights from custom work back into platform improvements so learning compounds over time
• Design solutions that scale across multiple brands and user types, accounting for platform-wide implications and edge cases
• Maintain consistency and quality across complex multi-tenant experiences
• Present design work confidently to brand clients, dealers, and internal leadership
• Navigate complex feedback from multiple stakeholder groups diplomatically
• Build trust with engineering partners using clear specs and collaborative problem-solving
• Work effectively across US, Colombia, and India time zones
• Produce polished, accessible designs that meet WCAG standards
• Balance design quality with business velocity and technical constraints, and establish new patterns when existing solutions do not meet user needs
• Raise the quality bar through excellent work and constructive feedback
• Mentor less experienced designers via feedback and pairing
• Share knowledge through documentation, presentations, and design critiques

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing complex B2B, B2B2C, or enterprise SaaS products
