Job summary

Ansira is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for key product experiences across our B2B2C marketing platform. You will work autonomously to solve complex problems for dealers, retailers, and brand stakeholders, balancing user needs with business constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/B2B2C or enterprise SaaS products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product design projects.
• Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and accessibility standards WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product areas (catalog experiences, campaign execution, dealer workflows, content production tools).
• Define problems through user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with product managers and engineering to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Validate solutions through usability testing and dealer feedback sessions.
