• Acting as a true product designer (not limiting scope to UI updates, research handoffs, or visual assets only)
• Executing design work quickly and independently

Job Requirements

• Must have previously been a founding designer at a startup with great product design
• Must think in flows
• Must have had broad ownership of entire apps/products
• Must be a Figma expert (speed and volume)
• Must be a good product thinker (used to making a ton of product decisions)
• Must be a true product designer (not a UI designer who updates design systems, not a UX designer who does research and high-level mockups, not a visual designer who makes illustrations to make static screens look good)
• Must have a strong work ethic (used to being stretched)
• Must be familiar with startup life
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating solid UX thinking and polished visual design.
• Experience designing intuitive and elegant product experiences from concept to hand-off.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to a design system.
• Clear communication skills and zero ego.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
