We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about transforming healthcare experiences. You'll design intuitive, patient-centered, and clinician-friendly interfaces that make healthcare planning easy to understand and act on. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring thoughtful design solutions to life.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design direction for patient- and clinician-facing tools, ensuring usability, accessibility, and empathy in every interaction
• Translate clinical workflows and patient needs into simple, accessible design solutions
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Create design systems and maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
• Advocate for users and champion design thinking across the company

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web & mobile
• Experience collaborating with engineers on front-end implementation and design QA
• Experience designing for clinician or patient-facing apps
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools
• Experience working in early-stage venture-backed startups
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work CST or EST
