The team is reimagining how people build and monetize communities, products, and experiences online — blending design, engineering, and community into a single modern platform used by millions.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s both a visionary and a builder — someone who obsesses over elegant interfaces, bold design systems, and products that truly empower their users. This is a unique opportunity to own major product surfaces, ship fast, and help define the visual and experiential DNA of a company at the intersection of commerce, community, and creativity.

About You

You’re a Figma-native designer who thinks in systems and flows. You care deeply about how things feel, not just how they look. You’re as comfortable shaping a high-fidelity prototype as you are mapping out a complex user journey. You crave impact — you want to design experiences that change how people create, connect, and earn online.

You likely come from a startup or design-forward tech company where you’ve owned large areas of a product, collaborated directly with engineering and product leadership, and shipped polished, intuitive experiences at speed.

You have an exacting eye for detail and taste — and you’re generally unimpressed with the bar most companies hold for design.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design for core product experiences across mobile and web (particularly the seller side)
• Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Partner closely with engineering and product to ensure design quality in implementation
• Evolve and expand the internal design system and component libraries
• Contribute to design critiques, fostering a high standard of visual and UX excellence
• Balance usability and aesthetics to create experiences that feel alive, intuitive, and purposeful

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, design systems fluency, and high visual polish
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and hi‑fi prototyping
• Experience designing for both mobile and web, ideally with marketplace or creator platforms
• Proven ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and ship on time
• Passion for entrepreneurship, creator economy, or consumer products
• Not a UX-only designer, visual/marketing designer, or design manager — this is a hands‑on IC role

Nice to Have

• Background in creator economy, social commerce, fintech, or marketplaces
• Experience contributing to or building design systems from scratch
• Familiarity with motion design, prototyping tools, and product animation
