Job summary

Inspire seeks a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead product and UX design for Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, and SONIC Drive-In. You will guide a distributed team of designers across app, web, kiosk, and enterprise tools, partnering with product, research, analytics, and operations to shape roadmaps and outcomes.

The role combines leadership, portfolio direction, and hands-on design, with a focus on improving quality, accessibility, and AI-enabled design

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, service design, or related field.
• At least 3 years leading people and complex digital product or experience programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and UX design across assigned product areas or value streams.
• Shape experience and product direction with cross-functional partners.
• Manage, coach, and develop a distributed design team including employees and contractors.
• Serve as a player-coach, prioritizing people and portfolio leadership while contributing directly when needed.
• Establish portfolio and delivery plans with outcomes, priorities, and risks.
• Maintain visibility, surface risks, and recommend trade-offs when scope or timing conflict.
• Raise design quality through effective critique and engagement through delivery and launch.
• Partner with UX Research and Analytics to translate findings into design implications.
• Promote enterprise design systems, shared patterns, accessibility, and documentation.
• Strengthen team capability through coaching and career development.
• Advance responsible AI use across design with high-value opportunities.
• Manage external design resources and staffing forecasts.
